Ireland succeeded in achieving a seat at the UN's Security Council last week, securing a seat for two years starting in January 2021.

It has been seen as a significant achievement, and the lady who spearheaded the campaign is Geraldine Byrne Nason, Ireland's Ambassador to the United Nations.

The Ambassador joined Ivan to explain the importance of this seat, what she hopes to achieve and why this is a big step up for Ireland.
