Is reopening 'wet pubs' on September 21st a good idea?

Pubs have been given the green light to re-open from September 21st following a Cabinet meeting this morning. 

However, the plan to reopen pubs is subject to local restrictions, which may be implemented in areas with high incidences of Covid-19.

This is after a concerning rise in cases in Dublin and Limerick.

Dr Gabriel Scally, is a public health physician, former Director of Public Health for Belfast and Professor of Public Health at University of Bristol and he joined Kieran Cuddihy with his reaction.
