Sinn Fein Senator Paul Gavan is proposing a Bill in the Seanad that would mean restaurant employees are entitled to the tips they receive.

Restaurants would also have to be explicit with their patrons as to what the restaurant does with any tips that are given.

Paul joined Ivan on the show, along with chef and restaurateur JP McMahon, who welcomed this idea.
