The confirmed route for the new Cork-Limerick motorway was announced earlier this afternoon.
The new road will re-use up to 40% of the existing N20 and will involve the construction of 80km of high-quality dual carriageway, which should see travel times between the two cities reduce by half an hour. The project is set to cost between one and one-and-a-half billion euro.
