Today, Gabriel Scally issued an Implementation Progress Report, reviewing the work done by the various bodies following the Cervical Check controversy last year.
Dr Scally carried out a Scoping Inquiry and delivered 50 recommendations to be actioned by the HSE, the Dept of Health, and the National Cancer Registry of Ireland.
Today’s report gives a public update on what changes have been made since the details emerged late last Spring.
