The first Progress Report on the Climate Action Plan has been published, and Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphy has joined Ivan on this evening's edition of the Hard Shoulder.

But before that, we turn our attention and that of the Minister to the figures released by the Department of Housing today.

They have shown that people accessing emergency accommodation has increased again this month.

Nearly 10,400 adults and children are now experiencing homelessness across the country.
