On the Leaders' Debate on RTE on Monday night, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar used the term 'nutters', when joking about members of his own party.

But is this kind of language appropriate? Should we be more careful about how we use such terminology.

John Saunders is the CEO of Shine, who look for people with mental health issues, and he took issue with it, claiming that the Taoiseach should've known better.
