Brexit talks have resumed today and they got off to a rocky start with top UK government lawyer Jonathan Jones resigning over Boris Johnson’s changes on the Withdrawal Agreement. 

The changes aim to override parts of the deal that have already been agreed upon and the Northern Ireland Secretary admitted it will “break international law.”

Kieran spoke to Shona Murray, Europe correspondent for Euro News and Bobby McDonagh, former Irish ambassador to the UK and EU.
