Parents of students at Ratoath College are concerned about the policy of replacing textbooks with iPads for the junior cycle, they say it's harming children’s education and their health. Deputy Principal of Adrgillan College in Dublin Niall O'Connor and Brian a parent from Meath who has raised concerns joined Shane Beatty to discuss.
