Ukrainians have been continuing to flee several cities today, as the Russians earlier agreed to a 12 hour ceasefire to allow them to leave some of the worst affected areas of Ukraine. 

Meanwhile, a Russian airstrike has seemingly destroyed a maternity ward and children’s ward in Mariupol.
