Today marks one year since the death of Caroline Flack who died by suicide at the age of 40.

Caroline had faced a huge amount of online abuse in the final months of her life and her death led to a call for people to “Be kinder” to one another  online and think about the damage vicious posts can do.

But one year on has anything changed?

Sinead was joined on Monday by Stefanie Preissner, who isn't convinced much has changed online.
