Fianna Fail's Health Spokesperson Stephen Donnelly told Ivan why he has no confidence in the present Government, and we need to look at other options for the National Children's Hospital.

It's after Minister Simon Harris wouldn't describe the current issues as a crisis, and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar told the Dail that we always knew St James' would be more expensive than a green site, but St James' was the best site.
