Taoiseach Micheál Martin said that a one off bonus to recognise the efforts put in by frontline workers during the pandemic will be announced “shortly”.

And just today in the Dáil, Tánaiste Leo Varadkar has said the Government is engaging with unions over the issue of a pandemic bonus.
