The country will have seen the tragic news over the weekend of the death of presenter Caroline Flack at the age of 40.

Tributes have poured in for days.

The role of social media, the role of tabloid journalism, as well as the complicated array factors that go into someone making the decision to take their own life, are all discussion points that have come out of this awful tragedy.

But what can we learn going forward?

Mark had a panel in to try to tease it out - Harry McCann, founder of Trandster.ie and Director of the Digital Youth Council; media commentator, Roy Greenslade; and Cindy O’Connor, Director of Athena.
