British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is suggesting to people in the UK to confront those they see littering.

It comes as there has been an increase in disposable packaging over the past year which has led to more rubbish being discarded.

Reporter Josh Crosbie has been putting this idea to people who are involved in the collection of rubbish.

He spoke with the Dodder Action Group, Crumlin Clean Up Group and Fingal County Council over the issue.
