Many states in the U.S. are entering their 5th day of protesting the death of Daunte Wright. The police officer involved in the incident, Kim Potter has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in relation to the 20-year old's death.

Elsewhere in Minneapolis, Derek Chauvin has pleaded the 5th amendment and will not testify in his ongoing trial.

Chauvin of course, has been charged with three offences including second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second degree manslaughter in relation to the death of George Floyd who died last year.

DA for Suffolk County, Rachael Rollins, joined Kieran on The Hard Shoulder to give her view.
