For the past year, food has been one of the very few things we have been able to enjoy and take pleasure in.

However, with 60% of Irish adults overweight or obese, perhaps it’s time to stop the comfort eating and look a bit more closely at our diet.

Intermittent fasting is a new way of eating that focuses on when not what we eat, and Kieran was joined on The Hard Shoulder by Professor Francis Finucane, Consultant Endocrinologist in Galway University Hospital, as well as Heather Leeson, who is a nutritional therapist with Glenville Nutrition.
