This time we are talking about an influential moment that we are continuing to live through, the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s likely to be one of the most influential moments for many people listening. 

It was a particularly tough year for those who were diagnosed with the virus.

Kieran was joined by two of those people on Wednesday's edition of The Hard Shoulder.

'Rachael', who is still suffering from the illness, and Declan Connolly from Galway, who was one of the first in Ireland to contract it.
