Chefs around the country virtually gathered last night for the  announcement of the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2021 awards. For the first time in its history, the Michelin Guide has gone digital and there will be no printed guide this year.

Jordan Bailey from 2 Michelin-star, Aimsir at Cliff at Lyons and Ian Doyle, head chef at The House Restaurant at Cliff House Hotel  joined Kieran to discuss what makes a Micheline Star restaurant and the challenges the industry faced over the last year.
