The Road Safety Authority calls for a clamp down on drivers that are caught speeding, with a proposed plan to double the points of drivers caught using their mobile phones from three to six.

What is the solution to reduce these numbers and make our roads safer?
Joining Kieran to discuss this is John O’Brian, former Detective Chief Superintendent.
