We’ve been exploring the various aspects of the housing crisis on Newstalk with our Home Truths series, and one thing that we have been hearing is that supply is the key to the solution.   

As part of our home truth series, Ivan was joined by Lorcan Sirr, senior lecturer in housing in the school of surveying and construction management, Technological University Dublin, Orla Hegarty Architect and assistant professor at the School of Architecture, planning and Environmental Policy at UCD and Conor Norton, Vice President of the Irish Planning Institute as we try to find out what's been built and where, and if we can expect that supply to start easing the pressure in the coming months.
