Minister for Climate Action and the Environment Richard Bruton is today announcing what is being billed as an overhaul to the Irish Waste sector.

The vision is to end single-use plastics in Ireland as part of an effort to comply with the Government’s new Climate Action Plan.

Ivan wanted to know if this would make any difference to what's already happening.
