St Vincent's University Hospital has apologised in court to the family of a 76-year-old Freda Fox from Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, who died after losing 17 litres of blood during a complex operation carried out by two trainee surgeons.   Vanessa, Freda’s daughter, joins me now and thank you for taking the time to speak to us today
