September 10th is World Suicide Prevention Day and in 2019 alone there were 421 deaths by suicide and intentional self-harm in Ireland. 

Kieran Cuddihy wasjoined to discuss how we can take suicide prevention to the next level in this country by Joan Freeman,  Founder Pieta House and CEO of  Freeman Health Group and by Welsh rugby referee Nigel Owens, who has a personal take on the importance of suicide prevention.
