The CIF has warned that any delay in reopening the remaining portion of construction could have untold damage to the economy.   The call comes as the Government and health authorities discuss the reopening of the economy. To discuss this further Pat was joined on the show this morning by Director General of the Construction Industry Federation Tom Parlon.
