Open sea swimming took off during lockdown and since then there has been a rise in saunas popping up on beaches and rivers across the country.
Henry McKean met Fad Saoil Saunas and visited The Hot Box Sauna on the River Barrow in Graiguenamanagh - Tinnahinch on the Carlow Kilkenny Border. Henry looked at the benefits of extreme heat in a sauna followed by extreme cold water. He sent this report.
