Did Boris Johnson’s estranged chief aide Dominic Cummings throw him under the bus this morning when he took MP’s questions? The prime minister's former aide, Dominic Cummings, will be questioned by MPs later as part of an ongoing inquiry into "lessons learned" about coronavirus.
Mr Cummings - who has been increasingly critical of the government in recent months - will be asked about ministers' handling of the pandemic. He says "secrecy" had "contributed greatly to the catastrophe". Downing Street says it is getting on with the "huge task" of recovery.
