On July 29, 2013, Kathleen Chada's husband, Sanjeev murdered their two sons, Eoghan, who was 10, and known affectionately as “O” and Ruairi who was 5 known affectionately as “Ru”. the boys had been taken from their family home in Carlow.

Kathleen waited, and searched, for almost 24 hours before her husband phoned and told her, ‘the boys are dead’.

Kathleen has written the story of Eoghan and Ruairi. It’s called “everything” and it’s a beautiful although painful celebration of their young lives. Kathleen spoke to Pat this morning on the show.
