There are gardens that dazzle. There are gardens that soothe. And then there are gardens that haunt you. That lodge themselves in the corners of your mind and whisper to you years after you’ve gone. Today, I want to tell you about one of those. A place where history and nature have coiled so tightly around each other, it’s hard to tell where stone ends and blossom begins. This is Ninfa - The Garden of the Nymphs. Located just south of Rome, near Cisterna di Latina, Ninfa is unlike anywhere else.
Diarmuid Gavin, Garden Designer tells us all about these wonderful gardens.
