The Irish Government plan to end almost all restrictions by the end of October (Oct 22nd).  A phased return to the workplace will kickstart in the coming weeks. It will be a gradual move from regulations to personal responsibility. From tomorrow Wednesday full capacity will be permitted on public transport. But how do passengers feel about it? Is it the right time or too much too soon? Henry McKean met office workers, students and the retired, outside Connolly Station Dublin and sent us this report.
