September is 'Childhood Cancer Awareness month and we hear about the inaugural conference on cancer in young adults, children and teenagers with Paediatric oncologist Dr Scheryll Alken, MB BCh BAO MRCPI, Aspire Clinical Fellow in Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Medical Oncology at St James’s Hospital and Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin. Also Pat spoke to Anne Marie Frizzell, Mum of 13-year-old cancer survivor Erika.
