Nufields helps people grow food indoors all year round no matter where they live. You can grow your own super nutritious food in a matter of days. They sell organic seed for microgreens and sprouting as well as innovative ways and equipment to grow them. Nufields started as an indoor vertical farm growing microgreens for restaurants in Howth. When the pandemic struck, the business shifted to selling seeds and grow kits. This morning Pat spoke to Denis Manzke from Nufield as part of our 'Keep It Local' campaign.
