Residents who live in the shadow of the National Children's Hospital construction site say the daily disruption is making their life's hell.

They say that their streets are being made unsafe, with footpaths being regularly blocked by construction workers cars that are being parked in the area.

While other residents say the around the clock noise has become unbearable.
