Over the last few months, dog charities have been warning pet owners to keep a close eye on their beloved dogs.  Criminals are swiping dogs from peoples gardens to make quick cash by selling them or breeding them across the country and further afield to the UK.  Our reporter siofra mulqueen spoke to people across Munster about the issue.
