The supply drought of houses for sale in Dublin city has led to the return of a highly competitive commuter market. House prices on the commuter belt have risen by almost 3% over a three-month period, that's according to a report by the REA. Pat discusses the findings with Seamus Carthy, spokesperson for the REA.
