Hundreds of swimming groups have sprung up across Ireland during the pandemic but will the love of open water swimming continue after we all get back to normal? Henry McKean put on his swimming trunks and met the 'Off the Wall' Swimming group at Dollymount Strand near the Wooden Bridge in Dublin. The group swim on the darkest of days, Henry met them on a recent rainy, windy morning and discussed water quality and how a dip in the Irish Sea is good for your mental health.
