Today marks the first significant date in the government’s reopening plan announced last week.  Live music is set to return indoors and at weddings, and vaccination status will have a key influence on the capacity permitted at both indoor and outdoor events. Our reporter Stephanie Rohan went out on the streets of Dublin to sample the public reaction to the latest easing of restrictions.
