All eyes will be on Waterford Monday for a sitting of the Supreme Court where it will give its decision in the State’s appeal over a key phone data ruling.
The result could assist Graham Dwyer in seeking to overturn his conviction for the murder of childcare worker Elaine O’Hara whose body was found in the Dublin Mountains in 2013.
It could also have implications extending beyond Dwyer’s case, so to talk us through it all Susan was joined by assistant lecturer in the Law School in NUI Maynooth Roisin Costello.
