Is there a "compo culture" - where insurance companies hike up their prices and people find it normal to simply settle for compensation claims? 

Payouts for whiplash claims are over four times higher in Ireland than in the UK, and medical professionals may be helping fuel the so called "compo culture".  

To discuss this further, Ciara was joined by Public Affairs Correspondent at the Irish Independent Amy Molloy, who has conducted an investigation into the issue.
