This week Chief Medical Officer, Tony Holohan, and Tanaiste, Leo Varadkar, both gave advice this week to people abroad saying not to book flights home for Chrstmas at the moment as this was deemed to be non-essential.

But with just six weeks to go and confusion around the EU’s traffic light system, how are those affected by this news managing in an already stressful and anxious time?
