The Government has decided to impose a partial lockdown on Kildare, Laois, and Offaly for at least two weeks due to an increace in the level of Covid-19 infections in the region.
The move was announced after 98 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed yesterday evening - the highest number since May 22nd.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin said yesterday “I want to be very clear that the Government is determined to do everything possible to prevent the return of widespread transmission of the virus”.
But what will the impact be on local businesses?
