Agriculture Minister Charlie McConalogue joined On The Record this morning. A few dozen tractors will be driven through Dublin city centre this afternoon in convoy which is expected to have an impact on traffic. It is a demonstration organised by the Irish Farmer's Association in protest at the Government's stance on the climate action plan and forthcoming changes to the EU's common agricultural policies (CAP). The Minister also discussed the MICA crisis and the pandemic writ large.
