Now known as Central Plaza, the initial building was the work of Sam Stephenson, a talented but divisive architect who reshaped the city of Dublin. Bankers, skateboarders, and others have congregated around it, but as the plaza finally reveals itself again after years of work, is it time to re-examine the building and its architect?
