The Rolling Stones' Croke Park performance was already the stuff of legend before the recent passing of drummer Charlie Watts.
But while tens of thousands of us attended that one, there are fewer people who can lay claim to having been there in 1965, when the Stones toured Ireland twice, playing Belfast, Cork, and Dublin.
Then in the ascent, their fans got a little bit too excited, requiring an RUC intervention in Belfast and causing a riot in Dublin which is all captured in a brilliant documentary - Charlie Is My Darling.
