Wayne Stanley, Head of Policy and Communications at the Simon Communities of Ireland joined Gavin to discuss the homeless charity's quarterly Locked Out report.

The report found that while there are has been an increase on the number of properties coming to the market that are available to rent, the same is not true for those accessing the market through the Housing Assisted Payment. Those units available to HAP beneficiaries have fallen from 190 to 148 since Simon's last report.
