George Parker Political Correspondent with The Financial Times joins Gavan this morning to discuss the UK's Reopening.

There was some doubt this week raised by opposition parties in Britain if July 19th the revised date was the way to go. Parker thinks it is a gamble that Johnson's government is taking and that the whole world is watching to see if it works out or not.

The Health secretary has admitted that the UK could be recording a record 100,000 cases a day in a few weeks if numbers continue to spiral.

The Political Correspondent stated ''there is a huge wave of the disease that will be sweeping through this country, but Boris Johnson is determined to press ahead''.
