Arguably the greatest to ever don the Monaghan jersey, Conor McManus joined Eoin live in studio to talk his intercounty career after calling it a day earlier this year.

By no means a superstar footballer in his early years, McManus became one of the key marquee marksman in the country.

The Clontibret native recalls the time Monaghan came so close to getting to an All-Ireland final, which would have been their first since 1930.

He also talks of the players he looked up to in his youth, such as Mickey Linden, Peter Canavan and Anthony Tohill.

McManus now turns his focus to getting himself right for his club this year as they take on the new rules.
