As the battle of broadband continues to rage on, Jess sits down the Deputy Denis Naughten. As the former Minister for Communications, Naughten was heavily involved with the drawing up of the National Broadband Plan as it stands today.
He gives insight into the difficulties with the procurement process, how he found out Eir was backing out of the bidding process and the day he resigned.
