Budget 2022 Must Tackle Under Investment In Early Childhood Care

“Ireland has consistently remained at the bottom of the class when it comes to investment in childcare, languishing shamelessly behind other EU Member States. Budget 2022 must provide the first steps to address historical under-investment in this essential public service.” 

That’s according to Frances Byrne - Director of Policy with Early Childhood Ireland - who joined Anton Savage this morning.
