Today, November 19th, is International Men's Day, which aims to celebrate the positive value men bring to the world, their families, and communities.
But according to a recent Men’s Attitudes Now (MAN) Survey, based on the ‘Man Box’ concept – that is, a defined set of socially conditioned characteristics and behaviours seen as typifying a ‘real’ man - men and boys tend to adhere to these traits to avoid ridicule, violence, and social exclusion.
